- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp Silver Spring Jalapeno Mustard
- 2 slices cheese of choice
- 1 sliced avocado
- 2 hamburger buns
Season the beef with salt & pepper and form into 2 round balls.
Squeeze 2 tbsp mustard into middle of each burger ball.
Gently push down & flatten the burger into a patty.
Place patties on grill, cook to desired doneness.
Place each patty on a bun & top with cheese, avocado, salsa & bun top.
