Beet Horseradish Vinaigrette

  • Beet Horseradish 5oz

Beet Horseradish Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
  • 1 small beet, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp Silver Spring Beet Horseradish (adjust for heat preference)
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3/4 – 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt
Directions:

Put all the ingredients including Silver Spring Beet Horseradish in a food processor and puree until smooth. Adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve over fresh salad.
