Cuban Sandwich

Cuban Sandwich

  • 1 baguette (cut about a 6-inch section from this)
  • 3 tablespoons Silver Spring™ Dill Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices lean deli ham
  • 2 slices turkey breast
  • 2 slices salami
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 large dill pickle, cut into slices, lengthwise
  • 1 red pepper, cut into ½-inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Slice the bread open. Mix the Silver Spring™ Dill Mustard and mayonnaise together and spread onto both sides of the baguette.

Layer the meat, pickle slices, cheese, and red pepper slices in between the baguette slices.

Place the butter to melt, in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet and use another skillet to place on top of it to flatten it. Cook until golden on each side, about 3-5 minutes. You could also use a Panini machine.
