- 1 tbsp Silver Spring Foods Prepared Horseradish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
To add some zing to your summer mixed grill, marinate your salmon fillet for at least 30 minutes with just 1 tablespoon of Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and salt and pepper to your heat preference. Grill 3-5 minutes per side to taste, remove from the grill and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Use the same marinade with beef, chicken, shrimp, pork, and lamb.
