- 1/4 cup Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish
- 6 ounces Cranberry Juice
- 2 shots vodka
- 1 shot Vermouth
- Small container red sanding sugar
Pour a small amount of Cranberry Horseradish onto a small plate, enough to coat the lip of a martini glass. On another small plate, pour similar amout of red sanding sugar.
Dip martini glass lip into the Cranberry Horseradish and then the sugar to make a sweet, tart ring.
Combine all liquid ingredients and Cranberry Horseradish into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and gently shake. Pour into two martini glasses and serve.
